We are have certified Poliquin BioSignature practitioners and trainers offering advice on diet, nutrition, and supplementation.
Here are few of the services we offer:
9 Step Kick Start: All new members can go through our welcome program which gets you familiar with our facility and our team, gives you what you need to know to use equipment safely and effectively, lets you try out our main coaching options, and gives you a tailored routine based on your unique assessment. No other gym we have seen take such good care of you.
BioSignature program: Weekly process of body fat analysis, nutritional and lifestyle tweaks, targeted supplementation, and training tips to provide accurate assessment of your results and continue progressing you towards your goal.
Group Coaching: High quality small group training within the gym that will elevate your fat burning to new levels and keep you coming back for more. Max 5 people per trainer for an affordable but effective entry into personalised coaching.
Semi-Private Coaching: Work through your own routines while an expert trainer advises on technique, weight selection, and provides spotting and assistance where necessary. Max 3 people for excellent value and guaranteed results.
Private Coaching: Tailored routines, dedicated service and attention, and use of the most sophisticated techniques to push you beyond what you though was possible. Committing to private coaching is committing to results!
Master Classes: Periodic group classes to teach you how to do some of the best bang for your buck exercises we know. Learn how to correctly bench press, squat, and dead-lift. Get personal tailored feedback on what you need to do to improve.
Kettle Bell Basics and Advanced Training Techniques: We love KB's when they are used correctly and for the right reason. At NWF we will make sure you learn to love them too and become highly proficient with these 'secret weapons' against fat!
